Gas Purification Panel

Need for Gas purification panel in Gas Chromatography has been realized now beyond any doubts both for the column & the detector. Pure gas is of utmost importance in terms of efficiency & life of the column, as well as detector sensitivity, accuracy & reproducibility of the results. It is therefore recommended that the selection of the system is done judiciously, considering all the physical & chemical properties offered by the system. Thus one has to consider the genuinity of the materials used in the fabrication of the system.

Control Box

When the location of the gas Chromatograph is at a distance from where the gas pressure indications on the panel are not visible. One has to also use a control Box which is closure to the instrument. It is used for indicating as well as controlling delivery pressure.

Pigtails

Connection of Gas cylinders to the Manifold systems is established with the help of Pigtails. These are made of Teflon tubing with external Stainless flexible protection. The end connectors are suitably designed to fit on the Gas cylinder, Regulator as well as Manifold systems.

Gas Cylinder Regulator

Gas Regulators play a vital role in day to day operation of the Gas Chromatographs. We cater to the specific needs of the user and supply various types of single stage and double stage regulators with indigenous/imported gauges in Brass/S.S body with S.S diaphragms. Regulators supplied by us do not have any leakage problems indicate correct pressure and are smooth in operation.

Gas Sampler

For bringing plant gases from site to the Laboratory, Gas sampling Bomb with leak proof connections can be supplied in specified size. These samplers are fabricated using high quality S.S. material. The wall thickness is designed to withstand high pressure under which gas is taken in the sampler

Moisture Trap

High efficiency Silica get and Molecular sieves are used for the purpose of removing moisture from the carrier gas silica gel is of indicating type changing its colour from blue to pink on use having high moisture capability molecular sieve are of spherical shape yielding high mechanical strength and low dusting. Both the materials are of regenarable type.

Hydrocarbon Trap

Activated charcoal is used for the purpose of removing hydrocarbon impurities from the carrier as will as fuel gases, especially for reducing the errors in analysis while using FID. These materials have a very large surface area and pore diameter to adsorb large size hydrocarbon molecules.

Oxy Trap

Removal of Oxygen from gases takes place only with the help of catalytic type of materials, which also work only under specific operating conditions. We use pre-treated catalyst which can be regenerated and has comparatively better activity under normal working conditions. Oxytraps are supplied with either indicating or non-indicating type of catalyst.

Needle valve

We supply various types of Needle valves for low as well as high pressure & flow ranges with end fitting threading as per customers requirement. However we have specialized on fine control action of the needle valve, which requires precision in fabrication of various parts of the needle valve. These are used by our customers for different applications

Toggle valve

These high quality precision – machined valves are available in 1/8 and 1/4 inch sizes in both brass and stainless steel. Toggle valves are ideal for application where instant on-off control is necessary. Toggle valves are rated to 200 psig. The Toggle valves with dual seats provide leak-tight bi-directional sealing.

Gas Sampling Valve

We have developed Gas Sampling valves for various applications in Gas Chromatography such as By pass, Flow-diverter, Sample-injection, Column-switching etc. These can be given from 3 port to 10 ports as per the requirement.
